Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing and cannot be changed or canceled. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. P.O. Boxes are not recognized as a valid shipping address. WillBO is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

If available, we are happy to offer you a size exchange if your garment does not fit properly. We want to ensure that you are happy and comfortable with your goods for years to come.

Right to Return

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product has not been worn or washed and is in resealable condition, WillBO will grant you the right to return the product within 30 days of purchase.
